1. Dữ liệu tool gửi lên server1. Data the tool sends to the server

Khi mở và trong lúc chạy, tool gửi lên server bản quyền của Tlab:At start and while running, the tool sends to the Tlab licence server:

• Machine ID: không lấy thông tin khách hàng.Machine ID: contains no customer information.
• Thông tin key: mã nhận dạng key, gói, hạn dùng.Key details: key identifier, plan, expiry.
• Phiên bản tool, phiên bản Windows và mã băm của file tool.Tool version, Windows version and a hash of the tool file.
• Các dấu hiệu kiểm tra toàn vẹn (ví dụ tool bị sửa đổi, đồng hồ máy bị chỉnh lùi).Integrity signals (for example a modified tool or a clock set back).
• Địa chỉ IP của kết nối.The IP address of the connection.

Tool không gửi nội dung file BIOS bạn mở. Một số chức năng (ví dụ tạo mã) gửi dữ liệu bạn nhập lên server để xử lý.The tool does not send the content of the BIOS files you open. Some features (for example code generation) send the data you enter to the server for processing.

2. Mục đích2. Purpose

• Kiểm tra key hợp lệ, cấp và gia hạn key, gửi key mới đến đúng máy.Check that the key is valid, issue and renew keys, deliver new keys to the right machine.
• Phát hiện key dùng chung, tool bị sửa đổi hoặc truy cập bất thường để bảo vệ bản quyền.Detect shared keys, modified tools or abnormal access to protect the licence.
• Gửi bản cập nhật tool.Deliver tool updates.

3. Trang web3. This website

• Máy chủ web ghi lại địa chỉ IP, thời gian, trang đã xem và loại trình duyệt để thống kê lượt truy cập.The web server logs the IP address, time, page viewed and browser type to count visits.
• Trang không dùng cookie theo dõi và không dùng dịch vụ quảng cáo. Lựa chọn ngôn ngữ chỉ được lưu trong trình duyệt của bạn.The site uses no tracking cookies and no advertising services. Your language choice is stored only in your browser.

4. Lưu trữ và chia sẻ4. Storage and sharing

Dữ liệu lưu trên server của Tlab tại Việt Nam, chỉ quản trị viên Tlab truy cập được. Tlab không bán và không chia sẻ dữ liệu cho bên thứ ba, trừ khi pháp luật yêu cầu.Data is stored on the Tlab server in Vietnam and is accessible only to Tlab administrators. Tlab does not sell or share it with third parties unless required by law.

Dữ liệu được giữ trong thời gian cần cho việc quản lý bản quyền. Nhật ký truy cập bất thường được giữ tối đa 180 ngày.Data is kept as long as needed to manage licences. Logs of abnormal access are kept for at most 180 days.

5. Quyền của bạn5. Your rights

Bạn có thể yêu cầu xem, sửa hoặc xoá dữ liệu gắn với máy của mình bằng cách liên hệ email Tlab.servicelaptop@gmail.com. Khi dữ liệu bị xoá, key gắn với máy đó sẽ không dùng được nữa.You can ask to see, correct or delete the data linked to your machine by emailing Tlab.servicelaptop@gmail.com. Once the data is deleted, the key bound to that machine stops working.
